MMORPG: Rebirth as an Alchemistchapter 624: it’s finally over

As tensions escalated and the room filled with a palpable threat, Ren realized that the Fey Realm was now caught in a perilous web of power struggles, and his victory might shift in defeat at this unexpected appearance of the Drow Queen.

Ren realized that the first boss was the Queen of Air and Darkness. Her [Berserk Mode] is Queen Titania. And now her [Last Stance Mode] is the Queen of Drow.

In just a single match, he was up against three Queens! Against three entities that were the ruler of their realms and like World Bosses in difficulty.

Ren didn't recall that this Quest was extremely hard, or was it because he was close to achieving the [True Ending].

One Queen was enough. Two was manageable. Three was overkill.

Ren couldn't help but sense the tension in the room, the clash of power and conflicting emotions. He took a step forward. Maybe he could talk his way out of this. "State your intentions, Queen of Drow. We have no quarrel with your realm."

The Drow Queen's laughter echoed through the chamber, sending a shiver down everyone's spine. "No quarrel, you say? How amusing. You see, I have a proposition for these feuding queens."

She turned her gaze towards Queen Titania and the Queen of Air and Darkness. "Step aside, children. This realm is ripe for the taking, and I intend to seize it for myself."

Elena's eyes blazed with determination. "Over our dead bodies."

The Queen of Drow's smile turned sinister. "So be it. A challenge, then, for the throne of the Fey Realm. Let the strongest queen claim dominion and the weak shall perish."

The arrival of the Queen of Drow, Prince Zeroth's mother, had thrown a wrench into the delicate peace negotiations, propelling the Fey Realm into a new era of uncertainty and turmoil.

Ren's heart sank as he exchanged worried glances with Elena, Isolde, and the others. Their recent battle with Queen Titania and the Queen of Air and Darkness had left them battered and drained, their magical reserves dwindling.

The Drow Queen's voice dripped with disdain as she addressed the two queens, her words laced with a venomous edge. "So, the mighty Fey queens have chosen to cozy up to each other. How quaint."

Queen Titania's regal posture remained unchanged, but a subtle tension rippled through her. "Our differences are set aside for the greater good."

The Drow Queen's laughter sliced through the air, cold and mocking. "Greater good? Oh, how endearing. Tell me, Titania, how long until this alliance crumbles?"

Ren felt a chill crawl down his spine as the Drow Queen's gaze shifted to their group. He tightened his grip on his staff, his weariness momentarily forgotten as he braced himself for whatever might come next.

Prince Zeroth stepped forward, his voice steady but laced with a plea. "Mother, we cannot afford further conflict. The Fey Realm is on the edge of ruin."

The Drow Queen's gaze bore into her son, a mixture of disappointment and something that almost resembled anger in her eyes. "You've grown soft, my prince, entangled with these mortals."

"It is strength to seek peace," Prince Zeroth's voice held a note of desperation, his eyes locked onto his mother's. "I will not let you plunge the realm into darkness."

A tense silence settled in the room, the air heavy with unspoken tension. Ren could practically feel the weight of the impending clash, the clash of ideals and power that threatened to shatter the fragile peace they had achieved.

As the tension in the room reached its peak, the Queen of the Drow's malevolent smile widened, and her fingers curled around the hilt of a wickedly serrated blade that seemed to pulse with darkness. The air itself grew heavy with anticipation, a prelude to the impending storm of violence.

Ren and his companions stood their ground, weariness etched into their expressions, and a sense of despair began to settle over them.

The recent battles had sapped their HP, and the prospect of facing another powerful adversary seemed almost insurmountable.

Prince Zeroth's grip on his weapon tightened, his voice a mix of defiance and desperation as he shouted, "Mother, please, don't do this!"

But just as the Drow Queen began to advance, her blade gleaming in the dim light, a brilliant radiance suddenly burst forth, engulfing the entire chamber in a blinding glow.

It was a light unlike any they had seen before, pure and radiant, casting away the shadows that had threatened to consume the room.

Gasps of surprise escaped the lips of Ren and the others as the intense light surrounded them, a protective barrier against the impending attack.

Even the Drow Queen was forced to shield her eyes from the brilliance, her blade held at bay by an invisible force.

From within the radiant glow, a voice resonated, strong and unwavering. "Stop this madness!"

The light began to recede, revealing the source of the miraculous intervention.

It was none other than the Queen of the White Elves, Queen Eleanor, Princess Elaine, and Elena's mother.

Her eyes were ablaze as she stood with her arms outstretched, channeling a power that seemed to come from the very heart of the Elven Realm itself.

The Drow Queen's face contorted with rage and frustration, her attack thwarted by the unexpected turn of events. "You dare interfere, Eleanor?"

Ren's heart skipped a beat as he beheld the majestic figure before him. It was as if a breath of fresh air had swept through the room, carrying with it a sense of assurance that they had indeed emerged victorious.

A quiet exhale escaped his lips, and he allowed himself to finally breathe easy, the weight of the battles lifting from his shoulders.

Princess Elena's eyes widened in both surprise and relief as she recognized her mother's presence. "Mother . . ."

Queen Eleanor's voice rang out, her words carrying a sense of regal authority. "The time for conflict has passed. Our realm cannot withstand further strife. Or would you rather die here?"

The Drow Queen's gaze flickered to Queen Eleanor, a mixture of wariness and uncertainty in her eyes. Sensing the shifting dynamics on the battlefield, she seemed to realize that her position had become untenable. With a calculated retreat, the Drow Queen slowly began to fade into the shadows, her malevolent intentions giving way to a reluctant acknowledgment of the change in circumstances.

The Drow Queen's form continued to dissolve, her voice carrying a note of defiance even in retreat. "This is not the end. We will meet again."

The battle outside had come to a halt. Queen Aurora and Princess Elaine had broken free from their crystalline form and the newly sign peace between the two Queens had now shape the Fey Realm into an era of co-existence.

Ren sighed into the ceiling as he closed his eyes.

It's finally over . . .

[CONGRATULATIONS! You have achieved the TRUE ENDING of the World Quest, Fey Realm!]
