The following day.
Isaac returned to the game and appeared in the smudge-filled room. His brows scrunched up as he had to smell that disgusting stench. He wasn't sure where the stink came from and didn't want to find out either.
He took his Camouflage outfit and put them on. After making sure that they were dried up, he left the room with the key hanging in his hand.
After returning to the first floor, the grumpy-looking woman was already waiting for him. He returned the key and left the broken-down inn.
Instantly after stepping out, he grimaced after seeing the state of the streets. They were mud-filled with the running water streaming down. Isaac dropped his gaze, saw his shoes being submerged in the mud, and became dirty again.
He couldn't do anything except curse under his breath. Then, he turned left and began walking down the mud-filled streets, trying his best not to wet his clothes anymore.
After walking for several minutes, he reached the village center and saw it completely deserted. Movements were happening in the nearby buildings, but no one seemed to intend to go outside to dirty their clothes.
''Brown,'' Isaac muttered and made his camouflage into color brown. This way, the mud stains weren't as visible. Then, he continued walking and soon saw the exit of the village.
Outside the village was the dense and lush-filled forest. However, he had no intention of going there so far. Instead, he kept walking and soon found what he was looking for.
In the somewhat deserted and empty part of the village, there was a stone door frame. Isaac smiled after recognizing it as Realm Portal.
After reaching it, he pressed a stone button on the side and saw the Realm Portal turning on. Once the color had turned into a fiery red, he stepped in and disappeared from Spring Realm.
…
Isaac opened his eyes and looked around him. He saw a somewhat dark forest with no end in sight. He recognized the place as the Forest of Unknown.
He had returned to Summer Realm.
''Alright.'' Isaac was planning to visit a certain someone and had a lot of questions to be asked. He pulled out the purple-colored ticket from his inventory and was about to rip it in half.
However, then he began hearing the sound of screams and weapons clashing. After turning around, from the gaps of the trees, he could see an open valley with flashes of colors and armors rattling in the distance.
Isaac's eyes slowly widened in shock. He slowly walked over, and once reaching the end of the woods, he saw a battle happening between thousands of players!
They were fighting in front of the God Zephyros' Statue, and it wasn't a small battle. Instead, Guild War!
''W-What happened here?'' Isaac stored the ticket back into his inventory and scanned the area. Then, his eyes shook as he saw two familiar figures fighting against a man with silver armor.
King Jonathan and Queen Diana tried to fight back, but the man in silver armor managed to overpower them and continued pushing them back!
''Ah!'' Out of nowhere, a man with a symbol of the golden crown in his armor fell to the ground right in front of Isaac. Then, another man appeared with silver armor and slashed his sword down at the fallen man.
Isaac recognized the fallen man as a member of the Golden Crown. He instantly unstrapped his gun and blocked the sword strike that was about to kill the member of Golden Crown.
The man in silver armor looked shocked at the sudden appearance of the white-haired man. Then, Isaac deflected the sword away, spun his gun around, and fired.
Bang!
The bullet pierced through the silver-armored man's forehead and killed him swiftly.
After killing him, Isaac helped the member of the Golden Crown to stand.
''T-Thanks…'' The man was named Finlone and instantly managed to recognize the white-haired man.
''What happened here?'' Isaac asked with a solemn look.
Fine sighed and replied, ''We met with the members of Silver Death guild when we were about to enter the pathway.''
''They are from different parts of South Continent, and apparently, they had some kind of grudge with Guild Master, King Jonathan. That's all I know.''
After he was finished, he rubbed his eyes and said, ''Sigh… I am so sleepy… We have been fighting for the whole night.''
Isaac nodded and patted his shoulder. Then, he walked past Finlone and left the forest. Instantly, he was surrounded by screaming players that kept fighting with lives on their lines.
Everywhere he looked, there was a sea of players. Colors flashed in the air, and the ground was filled with blue blood and destroyed part of the armor.
''Rah!'' A man wearing silver-colored armor stained with blue blood was throwing a rampage. He clumsily swung his sword around him, almost killing his enemies and allies.
His eyes were hazy and unclear. His HP bar was blinking red, and he was one scratch away from death. However, no one dared to go closer. Everyone who had tried killing him died instead.
Isaac weaved through the endless swarm of players and soon reached the rampaging player, who managed to get a glimpse of him. He raised his oversized sword and swung it down.
Isaac bent his knees and jumped over the falling sword. Then, he smashed his gun into the man's temple.
The blunt side of the gun managed to smash through the piece of the skull, and once Isaac landed on the ground, he didn't bother turning around.
The rampaging man took one more step before turning pixels.
After he was killed off, Isaac continued weaving through the waves of the players and soon reached an area where higher-leveled players were fighting.
''EARTH BOULDER!'' A green-robed Spellcaster held his cane high as he pointed his attack in the direction of Golden Crown members.
The Golden Crown members put their shields in front and prepared for the impact. Then, a loud spine-chilling sound echoed throughout the vast valley and sent shivers toward everyone.
Bang!
A bullet flew across the air and drilled through the Spellcaster's temple before killing him off thoroughly.
The Mosin-Nagant's barrel let out a puff of deadly smoke as Isaac slowly lowered his weapon. After killing the Spellcaster, he was noticed by the Silver Death members.
Without further ado, a wave of sword-wielding men began rushing toward Isaac.
