Damien had no choice but to use his Mirage of Myriad Phantasms to quickly dodge the ethereal attacks while trying to think of a way to deal more damage without collapsing from exhaustion.
His Rain of Death was not as effective as before since this time, he didn't make dead ethereal beasts explode and release Anti-God Energy. It not only will make him vulnerable while trying to make the ethereal beasts explode, but he might be weakening his own people after they explode.
He knew this Xeton army wouldn't live long, especially after having been experimented upon with nethereal energy, which would surely destroy their ethereal core within a few days at most. But even just a day was enough to corner Damien and his people and put them in a very difficult spot.
He never stopped keeping an eye on how the others were doing, especially since most of the attacks were falling on their side.
Two ethereal attacks fell on Reva's Barrier of Doom, but instead of getting reflected, they were nowhere to be seen, making Damien feel puzzled since that was not what the Barrier of Doom was supposed to do.
*BOOM!*
*BOOM!*
However, Damien heard two explosions in the distance within the Xeton army at the same time and realized something. Reva had used her advanced understanding of Spatial Laws to transfer the attacks the Barrier of Doom had reflected right in the middle of the Xeton army.
He was astonished yet again at the terrifying effectiveness of her ability, and the enemy might never see it coming. But he knew it must be taxing for her to do it, especially since those two ethereal attacks she transferred were very powerful.
Yuria was flying around while using her Spirit Weapons to protect and fight for her from the skies. Some of her Spirit Weapons were already flying between the Xeton army and cutting down men like butter.
Within just a few seconds, her Spirit Weapons had cut down more than a hundred men, and they were too helpless to stop it. Surely, they weren't trained that well to deal with Spirit Weapons due to how rare it was.
But Damien could see sweat droplets trickling down Yuria's temple as she had to continuously fuel the Spirit Weapons with her energy. She hadn't perfected her art of forging Spirit Weapons to the point where they could fight independently.

As for Lily, Damien could see that she was flying around the battlefield as well to not get caught up in the ethereal attacks while maintaining her healing Light link to everyone.
Because of her, everybody was literally having double the ethereal energy reserves, though Damien was a bit confused when he saw her suddenly stopping up in the sky.
A ball of brilliant white light was starting to grow between her palms, and it just kept on becoming bigger and bigger. Since she was exposing herself, Elor, Irene, and Leon were covering for her using their ethereal manifestations.
The ball of light was getting so big that Lily released it from between her palms as it floated into the sky and remained in a fixed place while getting bigger.
The ball seemed to be radiating the brilliant white light in the direction of the Xeton army, and it had grown to such a size it looked like a mini-sun was up in the skies.
Even Damien was awed by the pure beauty of the sight, but he saw the effect it was having on the Xeton Army. They were howling and getting weakened under her ethereal light!
'The Divine Light of the Moon is surely an ethereal art that definitely suits her,' Damien inwardly thought as he felt glad once again that Luna helped Lily bring out her potential through the ethereal art she gave her.
But he noticed that she was grimacing as if she was burning up her ethereal energy reserves, trying to maintain the ball of ethereal light.
"Kalypso, let's do this!" Damien charged toward the Xeton army with Crimson Death in his hands, deciding to take advantage of their weakened state to kill as many as he could.
Just because he was too spent to use his ethereal arts didn't mean that he couldn't kill them using his spirit blade.
The rusty sword in his hand began to emanate a dark crimson miasma as Damien began to cut through the front lines of the Xeton army.

"UARGH!"
"Ugh!"
The howls and cries of men as they succumbed to the bloody ground resounded as a jet-black lightning streak whizzed past them while cutting them down like sitting ducks.
They already had to endure the searing heat of the white ball of light in the sky, which was impeding the flow of ethereal energy in their bodies while also frying their skin slowly.
The flimsy ethereal defensive barriers they had put up only managed to mitigate the damage caused by the white ball of light by a little.
Damien thought he might also get weakened under her light, but strangely enough, he wasn't feeling weakened, nor was he feeling stronger.
Droplets of blood were splashing against his face and robes as his sword tore through the flesh of the soldiers, tearing through their ethereal cores and putting them out of their misery.
They were trying to fight back, but they were too busy suffering under Lily's light as the nethereal energy in their bodies was wreaking havoc.
Still, moving this fast was taxing on him, especially when Undying Wrath was still active. He could feel his body getting heavier while his muscles were beginning to get numb.
The side effects of using Undying Wrath for too long were starting to flare up as he could hear his bones creaking under the pressure of his own Anti-God energy within his body.
And as if to make things worse, he saw Lily's light slowly dimming away, making him realize that she had reached her limit!
