More of the horned humanoid beings began appearing on the buildings around Gray. One by one as they quickly surrounded him.
The one ahead him with long purple hair and a purple blindfold covering their eyes was the one who stopped him.
"What are you doing?" The horned giant on his knees asked. "You dare interrupt our fight!?"
The one with a blindfold on was the one to interrupted. "Fight? Did you forget our orders?" He asked as he turned to him. The pressure in the air changed greatly around him. "Besides, You already lost this 'Fight'." The person added before turning to Gray.
'Mind telling that to the system?' Gray questioned inwardly whilst panting from exhaustion. He proceeded to look over at his quest screen.
[Quest: Defeat The Enemy]
[Enemy's defeated: 0/1]
[Reward: 6 Stat points]
[x 1 Mystery Boxes]
[+ 100 XP]
[Failure: ???]
Gray had received this quest right once he had spotted the giant attacking the family. The rewards and conditions were definitely tempting.
But at this point, would he even be able to defeat him? Reinforcement had come for him.
"Why are you here? Aren't you also meant to be following orders and raiding the labyrinth?" The giant asked.
"I was given a different order." Said the purple haired man with a blind fold as he leaned in towards Gray.
The top half of his horns were purple, others around had different colors ranging from green to yellow. They slowly approached Gray, holding back their attacks as if waiting for the order from the purple guy. Gray's first assumption was that the color of the top of their horns meant a rank or skill level of some sort.
But regardless of that, he didn't need to figure out what the meaning behind each color was. His instincts were enough, and currently they were screaming at him to get away from the one who stood ahead of him.
Unfortunately for his instincts, Gray didn't plan on running.

[Enemies defeated: 0/5]
[Rewards: ???]
[Failure: ???]
"The order was to kill anyone who get in the way of our plans." He spoke before vanishing.
Gray's eyes widened as the edge of a blade suddenly appeared before his face, inches away from his eyes.
[Pause Step]
Gray paused, stepped above him in his blindspot, only to be shocked again, as another blade could be seen thrusting up at him from beneath.
[Pause]
Gray paused the air beneath his feet, creating a platform which stopped the blade before he leapt off of it. The purple haired man who had seen this didn't seem surprised at all, instead, leapt up, with another in motion at Gray.
*CLANG!*
Gray perfectly parried the swing with his knifes in an X cross, only to have a cut suddenly pop out of his arm. Blood gushed and he quickly pause stepped away, retreating as fast as he could.
Blood could be seen flowing down the purple horned man's blade before he removed it with a swing.
"Parrying won't do you any good. My sword can't be stopped." He muttered with a calm tone as he took a step forward.
In that instant, he appeared behind Gray, his arm pulled all the way back before he rotated his body and put the swing into motion. The sword moved so fast it blurred out of their sights, not even the giant on the floor had caught the movement.
And yet the sword still managed to halt just beside Gray's neck.
[Pause]
Gray's eyes could be seen opened wide, glaring right at the blade. It almost seemed as if he had seen the whole movement.
Confusion filled the purple haired man's face once he realized that the blade wouldn't budge no matter how much he moved it. He grew even more confused once he realized that he too couldn't move after Gray had tapped him with the sole of his heel.
"Your sword can't be stopped?" Gray asked before unpausing it and grabbing it.
A long curved black blade which resembled a katana but notably different. It was attached to a tilt, which was very comfortable to grip.
"That makes this easier." Said Gray before he suddenly thrust the sword into the man's chest.
Gray's eyes widened in surprise as the man's figure suddenly dissipated into sand rather than blood having been spilled out. Was his eyes failing him?
"To be able to defeat my illusion… You truly must die."
The voice came from behind. Gray turned around only to see the purple haired man standing there completely unscathed.
As gray kicked the sand away from his sandals, the smile on his face widened.
"Well shit, I knew it wouldn't be that eas-"
Gray leaned in, taking a step forward, allowing him to barely avoid the claws of another attacker which had come from behind. He then proceeded to pause step one meter above, watching as one of the horn men with wings passed right by him from beneath.
A spike rose out of the roof's floor heading right at him who was air born.
Gray leapt off of a platform he had created beneath his feet, just barely allowing him to avoid the spike's thrust. His eyes looked up however, only to find the purple haired man once again with another swing in motion.
Gray looked at him with surprise, only to be left dumbfounded as he realized the weapon the man had used against him was his own chipped knife.
[Pause Step]
Gray paused stepped once more after creating another platform, landing right behind the horned giant who was still on the floor before placing the sword beside his neck.
He was stopped however, as a strange force suddenly lifted him, pulling him towards one of the buildings.
[Magnet.]
By creating a platform beside him, Gray was able to hold on, but he could feel the force growing increasingly stronger with every passing second.
Looking up, he could see the purple haired man ahead of him with a knife thrust heading right for Gray's forehead.
