''I am back,'' Isaac said as he opened the door to his newly-bought building. The air was very fresh, and the floor, windows, etc., were almost shining.
The Ghost appeared from the ceiling with a curious look, ''Are we going to the Fountain of Life now?''
''Yes,'' Isaac said while picking up several items from the table.
''R-really?!'' The Ghost looked excited as he floated circles in the ceiling.
''Yes. But there is one more person we need to take with us.'' Isaac said after finishing packing up.
''Who?'' The Ghost asked after landing on the ground floor.
''You will see.'' Isaac took a green pearl-like item from the inventory and said, ''Stronglord, Herb Store.''
''Ah, wait for me!'' The Ghost wrapped his transparent arms around Isaac's neck as both of them got engulfed in bright light.
…
The streets of the Stronglord were emptier than before. The New-Gen Humans roamed the streets while only the new players walked among them. All higher-leveled players had traveled to another realm.
Then, a bright light appeared in front of the ordinary building that sold medical herbs.
With curiosity, the players stopped in their tracks and looked toward the bright light.
From there, two individuals appeared.
The first one was a transparent man with a bulging body. The players exclaimed as they realized that it was a Ghost, and it was a rare sight for many.
Then, the streets turned silent as the white-haired man's figure appeared.
The New-Gen Humans looked surprised and admired silently.
But, the players were dead silent. They picked up a photo from their inventory, showing a picture of Isaac.
They picked up the picture from the latest newspaper, which talked about the opening of the Autumn Realm.
They looked back and forth between Isaac and the picture. The face was identical, the hair was identical, and the smile was perfectly identical.
''H-He is… the legendary…''
''I-I heard he was in Autumn Realm. Why is he here?''
''Gulp…''
While the players clumsily picked up their cameras to take a picture, the Ghost looked at the ordinary building with a frown.
''Why are we here?''
''Our last member is here.'' Isaac opened the door and motioned to enter, ''Come on, we don't have all day.''
After entering the store, a thick scent of medical herbs wafted into their noses. Isaac felt much more relaxed and happy as the smell tickled his senses.
''I am not even alive, but the scent still rejuvenates me.'' The Ghost said with amazement.
''Hey, Richard!'' Isaac saw one of the doors open and decided to shout. There was a shadow moving around, and the scent of medical herbs grew stronger.
Then, a handsome man with athletic body stature and well-toned muscles appeared. He was the Head Doctor of Snowstar Hospital, Richard!
''Oh, young Isaac, you are here.'' Richard smiled and shook hands with Isaac. Then, he turned to look at the Ghost with a surprised look.
''I found the third person.'' Isaac pointed at the Ghost and said, ''Now we can go for Fountain of Life.''
''Oh!'' Richard smiled and tried to shake hands with the Ghost—however, the hand phased through. They awkwardly smiled.
Several months after Arthur's announcement, Richard invited Isaac to the hospital for his last check-up. They did it in his office, and there were still a lot of notes about Fountain of Life on the walls.
Isaac decided to inquire about them, and Richard revealed that the Fountain of Life might be real.
He had been investigating the Fountain of Life for many months before the announcement and thought it could be the way to cure all the diseases in the world.
He planned to use it to treat Winter Illness, but because everyone with that illness suddenly got cured on the day of the announcement, he decided to find the Fountain of Life and try to make a medicine that would cure every illness and disease!
As Isaac saw his passion for it, he revealed that he'd been there and said it was real. On that day, Richard shed a few tears because he was right and decided to team up with Isaac to fetch the Fountain of Life.
However, they needed a third member. Someone who could keep an eye on Baba Yaga while they steal the Fountain of Life. They needed someone who could move stealthily, and then Isaac found the Ghost, who was perfect for that job.
''The Ghost will keep an eye on Baba Yaga while we go steal the Fountain of Life,'' Isaac said with a smile.
''Excellent!'' Richard approved the plan.
''Will we go now?'' The Ghost asked impatiently.
''Yes, ready?''
Richard and the Ghost nodded.
''Alright.'' Isaac smiled and held the pearl in his hand.
Richard and the Ghost touched his shoulders.
''Here we go…''
Suddenly, a bright light engulfed the herb store.
…
Inside a camp near the dirt road that led to the City of Fall.
A scarce forest surrounded the camp, and they could see the dirt road easily. There was a campfire lit up, two carriages, and four people seated around the fire.
''Winter Realm…'' A bushy-bearded man said while staring at the fire, ''I wonder why Players have limitless potential, while we, New-Gen Humans, are limited?''
The three other men listened to their captain.
''The players are favored by the Gods, they receive Legacies from them, and become so-called Children of Gods, worshiped by everyone.
''But, why is it that we, New-Gen Humans, the residents of this world, are getting treated like this?''
The three young men nodded thoughtfully.
''Sigh, I heard the players began appearing here.'' The bushy-bearded man's words silenced the camp, ''Those bastards… they will take our homes, works, women, and food!''
''Yeah, and they are even immortal. How fair is that?!'' One of the men shouted with anger, fist clenched tightly, ''In my opinion, we should throw them out!''
''That's right!'' The bushy-bearded man hit his thigh with the side of his fist, ''Winter Realm has always been our dream, but now that the players are here, how could we even fight against them?!''
''We want to reach Winter Realm. It has always been our dream, but to reach that realm needs level 600! While it takes a lifetime for us, the players will be able to achieve that in a few months! It's not fair!''
''What should we do, Captain?!''
The bushy-bearded man grew silent. He held his chin with brows furrowed.
However, then they saw a black blur running past the camp and going straight towards the City of Fall that loomed in the distance!
''W-What?! Was that human?!''
''Whew…'' As the black blur slowed down, the hood revealed Luna's beautiful face. She saw the enormous City in the distance, and a sweet smile appeared on her lips.
''Hehe, apparently it would take a week to get to the City of Fall, but it only took me a few hours of running!'' The hem of Luna's blouse fluttered as she ran against the wind, ''Now, where is my Isaac…''
