Next morning.
The day of the Tournament.
In Isaac's room.
A shimmer of light pierced through narrow gaps of the curtains and lightened the room in bright sunlight.
The light reached the large and soft-looking bed, but it was empty, utterly void of any life.
The blanket covered the whole bed; it didn't have any wrinkles or signs of anyone ever sleeping in it!
*Creak*
Suddenly, a sound came from the direction of the desk.
In front of a desk, a white-haired young man was sitting while a notebook was in front of him.
He had a pencil between his thumb and index finger, which was moving like a streak of lightning as more words were appearing on the notebook's paper.
''And… Done!'' He did the final straight line on the notebook, separating the top and bottom parts.
The top part had a gun drawing, which somewhat resembled a Musket Rifle.
In the middle of the paper was the straight line and finally, at the bottom part had thousands of words.
After he was done, he put his pencil down on the desk and closed his notebook.
*Crack*
He cracked his knuckles and relaxed his muscles, which were starting to feel stiff after writing over an hour.
He grabbed the pencil from the desk and threw it without even looking where.
Without even looking at the cupboard in the distance, the pencil he threw went inside the cupboard and perfectly landed on the small plastic cup.
He didn't even think how impossible his feat was; it was like his precision was otherworldly.
After putting the notebook inside the cabinet, he locked it tightly and hid the silver key inside a book.
He took a phone from his phone and checked the time, ''1 hour left.'' He murmured and decided to take a quick breakfast before entering White Online.
He left the room and went straight to the first floor, where a scent of food was already tickling Isaac's senses.
Isaac entered the dining room and saw his father and brother talking about something.
''Good morning.'' He said and sat down on a chair that was right next to his father's.
''Morning, Lil bro,'' Marvin said and looked tired for some reason.
''Morning,'' Maxwell said and had obvious signs of annoyance after talking with Marvin.
''What is it?'' Isaac saw some tension in the air and wondered what caused it.
Maxwell crossed his arms, having no intention to reveal, but Marvin was utterly different.
''You won't believe this.'' Marvin dramatically said and soon continued, without letting his father stop him.
''My friends and I reached Stronglord yesterday.''
''Oh.'' Isaac looked surprised but wondered what was the result for such tension.
''Wait for it…'' Maxwell whispered and rubbed his forehead as a small headache made his head hurt.
Marvin grinned and said, ''We saw a few arrogant guys, I think they were Carriage Drivers, and they were not letting us enter because we looked filthy or some shit like that.''
Isaac nodded and kept listening.
''We thought why the fuck they were so arrogant.'' Marvin saw Isaac nodding, which made him continue.
''We managed to sneak inside the City after being chased off by the Guards because somehow the Carriage Drivers managed to command them.
''So, we sneaked inside the City when it became dark, and the first thing we did was to go find the Carriages, they use to drive.'' A grin appeared on his face as he remembered vividly what they did.
Maxwell facepalmed.
Isaac had a small smile and knew where this was going.
''We broke the tires of the Carriages and freed all the horses!'' Marvin started laughing, but then his laughter died down as he grimaced, ''But we are now chased by every Guard in the City, and we had to leave Stronglord, that's why I didn't get a wink of sleep!''
''Why can't you behave for once?'' Maxwell asked with a tired look, ''Look at Isaac, he hasn't probably done anything bad, right?'' He and Marvin looked towards Isaac.
''Well…'' Isaac wryly smiled, ''Sure…''
''See.'' Maxwell said while pointing at Isaac, ''You should be the big brother, not the other way around.''
''Tsk.'' Marvin looked away and said, ''It is only a game, what is the big deal?''
Maxwell and Isaac had eye contact for a split second, and both of them decided not to tell Marvin yet; there will come a day when everyone will know.
Soon, Isabella arrived with food, and Isaac stuffed as much as he could inside his mouth.
After twenty minutes, he was done and returned to his room.
Inside his room, he went to the wardrobe and grabbed the black box, which was storing the Mythical VR Helmet.
After opening the box and taking the VR Helmet, he lied down on the bed and covered his eyes with the headgear.
After taking a couple of tiny breaths, he pressed the small button and saw the lights flashing in front of him.
Soon, the black skinsuit appeared all around his body.

[Welcome to White Online!]
[Legacies Awaits You!]
Isaac's face became emotionless, and his body stopped moving as he entered the World of White.
[Game: White Online - Status: Excellent]
…
*Ding* *Ding*
Isaac opened his eyes with dinging noise ringing on his ears.
''What is this noise…'' He covered his ears and wondered where the noise came from, but it seemed to be coming inside his mind.
It sounded vastly different from the ordinary dinging noise that comes with notifications.
[Legacy Tournament will soon commence!]
[Player Wraith, prepare yourself!]
[Legacy Tournament Commences in 32 minutes 35 seconds]
[Contenders: 112]
Soon, the dinging noise disappeared, and another shock was ahead as Isaac saw the number of contenders.
''112… That is insane.'' The chances of winning were now lower than 1%, but Isaac didn't mind and decided to give his everything.
He will be nervous and worried if he wins, but he won't mind too much and will accept his fate if he loses.
''Time to do final preparations…'' Isaac murmured and stood up from his bed.
He left his rented room and went straight towards the bottom floor. He learned from his mistake that he needs food so that he won't always have to log out to eat.
And, he has a hunch that the Legacy Tournament will take a while, especially with 112 participants.
