Chapter 86: The End and The Beginning Part 3
“Don’t be scared! Leader will come back soon!! Don’t show such a pitiful face!!” Captain Bonalt shouted at his team members. A member of the Monster Hunting Department was severely injured, and now their leader had left them at the battlefield.
“You don’t have to remind us. We know what we should do!!” Ducard replied with irritation. The members of the battalion with the best result at monster hunting were desperately enduring Razé’s absence.
Even Bonalt didn’t know where their leader had gone or the details for her sudden mission. But he knew she must have been assigned with an important task. Since Razé was doing her best, they must do their best too.
Bonalt swung his sword down while listening to the voices of his members to confirm their safety.

Magenda Empire, Imperial City.
The outer wall of the towering white royal palace was vandalized by the wrath of its citizens.
Such a mess…
Razé managed to enter Magenda safely with the support of her comrades who had infiltrated the empire earlier. Instead of her usual combat uniform, she was wearing a shabby commoner outfit. It was surprisingly easy for her to blend among the crowd of people who couldn’t stand their emperor any longer.
She followed the group of angry citizens and picked up a shovel that was left on the ground. She followed quietly behind the group of adults that were trying to break into the palace.
It’s only a matter of time before this empire would fall.
There were much more people that had gathered in the imperial capital than Razé had imagined. These people must have thought that if they missed this opportunity, they would be the emperor’s slaves for the rest of their life. She could feel their desperation and fear.
It seemed that Magenda was about to collapse, even without her help from the shadow. Right now, the most important mission for her was to make sure the target could not escape from this palace.
Razé was not worried because her excellent team members from Shadow’s Eye were already waiting at their assigned location. She was relieved to see that the rebellion party had a leader with strong sense of justice.
“The gate is broken!!!”
While Razé was busy with her thoughts, the palace gate was breached. Some of her comrades were among the people leading the coup. It seemed they had cleared the mission to lead the invasion. From here, they would have to fight against the soldiers who were guarding the palace.
She needed to make sure to eliminate the main culprit. She wanted to end everything as soon as possible because she knew at this moment, her subordinates were desperately fighting against the monsters on the battlefield.
With utmost care and attention, Razé worked together with her fellow comrades and joined the coup. The people rushed in through the breached gate. The rebellion party could no longer be contained by the sheer force of numbers they had gathered.
“He’s here!!!”
“This way!!”
“He’s at the east building!”
“Don’t let him get away!”
Razé watched from the shadows while listening to the familiar voice mixed among the people who led the rebellion party.
Finally, the emperor, who had lost his protection, knelt on the ground in despair.
“Why?! Let me go!!” Next to the emperor, a girl screaming desperately continued to resist. “I’m the Clairvoyant Miko! Do you think you could treat me like this?!”
Razé frowned when she heard the girl screaming. So, this is the other reincarnator…
She must have thought that she would be able to control the future as she like if she could get the Emperor of Magenda on her side since she knew the reason behind the events in this world.
“It wasn’t— It wasn’t supposed to be like this!! How could this happen?!! I was only trying to change the plot of the game. Why would this happen to me?!”
She didn’t realize that it was a mistake to try and get the Emperor of Magenda on her side to change the plot in the first place. The students at Centrior Imperial Magic Academy were the treasure of Shian.
It was obvious that if Magenda tried to harm the academy, it would only cause the two nations to clash. Unfortunately, she had never thought that it would cause a war… Perhaps she thought she would never encounter this kind of ending because she was special.
“Gracerid-sama! Do something!!”
This wouldn’t have happened to her if she hadn’t known the plot. She was a pitiful girl for being too obsessed with the game plot. Her words could not reach the emperor who had lost his fighting spirit.
The leader of the rebellion party arrived at the scene and witness the fall of the empire. As soon as the coup was over, Magenda’s citizens began preparing for the end of the war.
The leader of the rebellion party was a young man who had avoid conscription by pretending to be ill. Shian had been in contact with him through Second Lieutenant Bahamut, who used to be Razé’s subordinate before being transferred to the Military Intelligence Department. Razé wasn’t the only one who was secretly doing dangerous mission to support Shian.
Razé continued to watch her subordinate from the shadow. She hadn’t seen him for quite some time. It seemed he had lost a lot of weight. She could guess that he had been living in a dreadful situation with just a glance.
Perhaps he had noticed her presence, Bahamut turned to her and their gazes collided.
Thank you for your hard work.
Razé gave a salute to the warrior who had been working in the shadow and successfully accomplished the most dangerous mission. Second Lieutenant Bahamut saw it and gave a slight nod.
There was nothing more to be done here. Razé soon joined her comrades and teleported to the battlefield.

Even after the coup was successful and Razé had returned safely, the war would not end immediately. Their work was not finished until they had cleared all the monsters who had lost control.
“The last main task.”
While the people of Shian were celebrating when they heard the news that the long battle with Magenda was finally over, the soldiers at the borders still had one last task waiting for them.
Once Razé returned to the battlefield, she immediately changed into her combat uniform. She inserted some knives into her gloves and boots. The military had prepared a number of knives so that she could teleport it to her hand anytime and stab the monster’s vital points. She was ready. All she had to do was moved around.
“Leader, this is for you.”
“Thank you.”
Razé took the loudspeaker from her subordinate who was looking at her with hopeful eyes. She raised the big blue flag to boost the morale of her comrades and landed behind the rushing enemies.
