Two weeks passed and the name Azrael had spread to every corner of the Rong Empire and even the rumors of his ability to concoct Supreme Tier Pills had reached the ears of the other empires.
The news of his ability had spread like wildfire after the initial few days Damien had opened up shop. Those who bought the Supreme Tier Pills from him were able to realize the 100% effect of the pills in their body and the difference they felt when taking a Supreme Tier Pill was so drastic compared to a Top Tier Pill.
The market prices for the current pills were going haywire as some even started selling Supreme Pills on their own after getting one from Damien, not that he cared about it.
The other three empires weren't just simply sitting and watching the show. They had already sent envoys to entice Damien to visit their empires. The envoys from the Lancaster and the Gale Empire came as early as possible but Damien rejected them making them go back with disappointment.
But Xeton Empire's envoy still hadn't reached for Damien but it was rumored that the envoy was on their way to the Rong Empire though people wondered why the Xeton Empire was taking its own sweet time.
Most of them guessed that they were too confident about Damien visiting their empire since he was a part of the Alchemist Society after all. And a few minority thought that the Xeton Empire didn't want to make themselves look like a greedy bunch, rushing themselves at the sight of gold and wanted to maintain their public reputation of being the most dignified empire.
But they were wondering who the Xeton Empire was going to send as their envoy. After all Damien rejected the other two empires, so who's to say he won't reject the Xeton Empire as well since he would have already left for Xeton Empire if he wanted to go there.
They were thinking why Damien would reject such prominent empires and stay in a pitiful empire where he would get much less benefits and fame. By rejecting them, it was basically a slap to their faces but people thought since Damien had the Alchemist Society behind him, he need not be wary of the other two empires and it's not like they would risk their only chances of getting a Supreme Tier Pill. After all, the higher ups in these prominent empires needed them the most.
…
"Hey, where are you going in such a hurry?"
"Do you really not know that Alchemist Azrael is staying in our Imperial City? I have to request him to at least concoct me a Supreme Tier Breakthrough Pill before he flies away to some other empire.

"Do you think Supreme Tier Pills are going to cost the same as our usual shitty pills? They are godly enough for each one to cost a fortune. I have sold half of my lands just to try my luck at getting one."
"Still, don't you think you should keep those rings hidden lest you get robbed on the way."
"Shush, who do you take me for? My cultivation ain't for show, I can blast off any robbers with just my fart. Now don't waste my time anymore by asking silly questions, I gotta go."
….
Damien was now filthy rich that he had no idea what all to buy. He already had a good house, an assortment of various types of pills, all Supreme Tier of course and he even got himself a good sword nicknamed the 'Storm Breaker' which was a top notch Spiritual Ethereal Grade Weapon.
He could have also bought an Earth Ethereal Grade Weapon, but his cultivation is too low to handle such high tier weapons for now. Even his Storm Breaker is hard to handle with just his cultivation at the level one of the Nascent Ethereal Realm. Without having the necessary quality of ethereal energy, one wouldn't be able to use higher grade weapons.
So even if an Initial Ethereal Realm cultivator had all the money in the world, buying even a Nascent Ethereal Grade weapon is pretty much useless for them. Each weapon grade requires the necessary ethereal energy to be infused in them so that one can make use of the ethereal properties of the sword otherwise the sharpness and everything would be just like any other normal sword.
Damien had actually collected a lot of life essence from many low to middle level Nascent Ethereal Realm beasts, including the life essence of Igor, but he still chose not to breakthrough till he had collected the necessary amount to breakthrough at least a few levels.
But today he decided to venture a bit deeper into the Dark Forest to challenge himself. He thought playing it safe need not always be a good thing. After all he also knew that only through adversity one can make true growth in every sense.

He spotted a Red Eyed Hound stalking a prey which was basically a 2.5 meter tall dog with ugly red eyes and it was rumored that they enjoyed eating human flesh. He could vaguely sense that its cultivation was at the first level of the Spirit Ethereal Realm!
He slowly sneaked towards it like a predator eyeing its prey.
*Crackle*
A jet black lightning bolt zoomed through the air and struck the hound on its head. But other than a sizzling black mark, it didn't even bleed.
*HOWLLLL*
The hound howled in anger as it scanned its surroundings with its bloodshot eyes trying to find the one who antagonized it and let its prey escape. Even though it didn't suffer any serious injuries, it still felt an annoying stinging sensation on its head where the bolt had hit it.
'Damn, my bolt was practically ineffective. No wonder, that burly dude cornered me almost at that time.' Damien wasn't surprised seeing how his attack was ineffective since Luna told him that his attacks would at most affect ethereal beasts at the middle levels of the Nascent Ethereal Realm. But Damien still wanted to see it for himself how huge the gap was.
The hound spotted Damien slowly coming out from behind a tree and instantly locked its aura at Damien while rushing at him with a menacing growl since it found the perfect appetizing prey.
Damien felt the pressure descending on him which practically almost immobilized all his movements.
He gritted his teeth as he took in a long breath…

Damien's aura instantly skyrocketed and the pressure that descended upon him instantly vanished. Saliva dripped out from its teeth as the hound had its jaws open inorder to mangle Damien's head.
But Damien didn't flinch and punched its belly while ducking sideways. A muffled sound was heard as the hound was sent flying 25 meters away!
It rolled on the ground a few times before coming to rest, but its legs failed to stand up as it simply slumped on the ground with searing pain in its belly. It seemed like Damien had hit a vital point.
He sped towards the hound and instantly held it down from getting up by clutching its neck. The hound was trapped as it felt a suffocating grip on its neck which made it unable to even turn its neck by even an inch.
*Snap*
But before it could continue to struggle, its eyes became lifeless as its neck was snapped into two.
Damien deactivated Undying Wrath and exhaled as he felt a bit tired even though the first stage of his Anti God Arts was only active for a few moments.
Looking at the dead body of the hound, Damien didn't mind that he would not be able to absorb its life essence but he killed it on purpose in order to experiment something.
Damien focused all his soul energy in his soul plane as a shout echoed in his mind,
"Anti-God Art's Second Stage - Shackles Of Death!"
