Yohr felt a spine-chilling feeling from this ominous-looking lightning bolt and didn't dare to be overconfident as his instincts urged him to dodge.
And so, despite having such a huge body, he was able to nimbly dodge the large lightning bolt that was at least four meters long!
Damien could sense that Yohr somehow dodged his powerful lightning bolt, but he wasn't disappointed but instead smirked.
Yohr saw his smug smirk and was about to ridicule him when his eyes widened upon noticing that the lightning bolt had turned in mid-air and was heading towards him!
"What in the Ethereal…." Yohr didn't even have the time to express his annoyance and frustration as he again dodged by utilizing his movement art with the least ethereal energy as possible.
Since it was a powerful lightning bolt empowered by various profound laws, its speed was not ordinary at all. In fact, even a Peak Level Heaven Ethereal Realm cultivator would find it hard to dodge this jet black lightning bolt.
This was why Yohr was forced to employ a fraction of his movement arts to dodge them, especially since he had a large body. Just physically shifting himself wouldn't work.

This baffled him since he couldn't believe that a mortal could send out an ethereal attack that could follow his target till it strikes and that too without losing the least bit of energy!
While the former was unbelievable, the latter part about it not losing a fraction of its intense power was indeed shocking since Damien had already severed his connection to the lightning bolt.
Only those attacks that had a constant ethereal connection to the owner would be able to maintain their destructive power over a long period of time, though most would never use such attacks due to how taxing it was.
He then speculated that this was all the work of that rusty sword from the Nether dimension. Otherwise, there was no way Damien could do all this on his own.
Yohr was indeed right to think so since the Crimson Death was the one that projected Damien's attack at Yohr, and because of its special nether abilities and because of that, any attacks that were sent through it could lock on to Damien's enemies till it strikes them.
Kalypso had told Damien about her ability, and this was why he was still confident even when he saw Yohr dodging his lightning bolt.
Imagine if he had to kill a target that was a kilometer away, and he could simply send his lightning bolt using his Crimson Death sword, and the target would be vaporized in seconds even if he runs.

That was its only drawback though he couldn't really be disappointed about it due to how overpowered the Crimson Death already was.
So even if he was feeling as if his body was continuously crumbling under the pressure of Undying Wrath's second phase, he decided to execute the third skill of his Elysian Lightning of Retribution art.
Star Illuminating Vortex!
*Crack!*
But the amount of Anti-Energy required to conjure the Star Illuminating Vortex possessing such destructive power was steep, making it hard on Damien's body and causing the massive flow of the hellish Anti-Energy in his body to put extra strain on his bones, causing the echo of his bones fracturing while his internal organs had begun to bleed.
But he gritted his teeth despite bleeding from his lips as he waved his sword, which began to crackle with jet black lightning.
An intense and dark vortex of jet black lightning escaped from his sword as it became larger and moved towards the ground.

A huge pressure descended on Yohr, who was busy dodging the lightning bolt, and he suddenly found it hard to move in the opposite direction, slowly getting pulled towards the vortex!
Even the air was not left alone and got ripped apart as if a sword was cutting through them. As Damien's Sword Will was imbued in his attack coupled with the Crimson Death's power, it was more powerful than it should be. In fact, he had never executed this skill as powerful as now.
"You mortal!!" Yohr was incensed since he had never felt so humiliated to get cornered by a mortal no less. If it was the Ethereal One, he could at least take pride in the fact that he at least lasted a while against her. But a boy who had not even fully spread his wings yet? This was just a slap to his divine self.
His large body was getting dragged through the ice, his claws sinking into the icy ground, and despite using all the strength in his body, he was only able to slowly move away from the large jet black vortex that was continuously sucking in everything around it, including the air and ripping it to shreds.
The worst part was that this vortex was also following him! This made Yohr hiss in extreme frustration and wished he could just smite this boy to death, but no…he still needed that Origin Seed and can't just use a finishing move by sacrificing some of his cultivation.
And something even worse was that the jet black lightning bolt was shooting towards him after turning in mid-air yet again, and this time he couldn't even dodge because of the Star Illuminating Vortex behind him.
Of course, he could sacrifice some of his cultivation and employ his movement arts to the fullest and easily dodge all the attacks, but then it would only make it harder for him to incapacitate Damien.
And so he decided to gamble by taking the lightning bolt head-on since he was confident of regenerating his flesh again.
Damien smiled, seeing that his plan finally worked, and the large jet black lightning bolt struck Yohr right in his upper body!
