Once the princess finally agreed, Ning returned back to the slime and got back on the spaceship.

He helped the beasts settle down a bit and then soon boarded the spaceship with the slime to leave.

With a few instructions to the ship's AI, they drifted off into space.

The ship flew up at a speed that was blazing fast. The ship automatically passed by Sena and flew straight towards the sun again.

With the sun's light directly on them, Ning closed off the front shields again. Then, all he could do was talk with the slime for the next 50 or so minutes of the journey.

The slime was curious about Ning's system, so Ning explained it to him in the most basic way possible, while keeping away the ideas that would make the slime think it was overpowered.

They talked about each other's past lives, which Ning had many to choose from as he had been to the various planets.

He still chose to talk about earth, as no matter where he went, he still compared everything to earth in his mind.

There was a time when he couldn't do that after forgetting about Earth, but now that those memories were perfect in his mind, he always compared everything to earth.

If anything wasn't as developed as Earth, he considered it not modern. If anything was more developed than Earth, he considered it futuristic.

As the two of them kept on talking, they were disturbed by a notification that the ship's AI quickly informed them about.

"You have a message from FRS Icefall. Would you like to view it?" the AI spoke.

FRS? Ning was a little confused about what it was. "Open it," he asked.

Suddenly, the window they were viewing the outside with, which was currently closed, suddenly acted as a viewing screen. A video popped up on it and started playing.

"This is Captain Gerrbax of the FRS Icefall. We have received your message for assistance. We are plotting our course for planet Q4-S3-C23-G3-17C."

The video was from a ship's control room where the man who called himself captain Gerrbax sat in the center of the room.

He wore a green and black shirt, with emblems on his clothes that Ning just couldn't quite make sense of.

There were two people off to the side, working on a bunch of panels in the side. A few people walked by behind him in red shirts, but their faces were too blurry to get a good look at.

"Estimated time of arrival is 10 years. Please go into cryo-sleep until then if you can. If you can't, try to survive on your own. We will definitely rescue you," the captain said.

Ning looked at the captain again closely. He was definitely a human from what he could see. The man had dark skin, long black hair, slightly brown eyes, and even a bit of stubble on his chin.

However, Ning couldn't ignore the tail that was moving behind the captain at all. That was perhaps the most distracting thing in the whole video.

"That man has a tail. Weird," the slime said from the side.

"And you are slime. I don't think you get to judge here," Ning said.

"Hey, I… dammit," the slime frowned a bit, making Ning laugh.

"Captain Gerrbax of FRS Icefall out."

The video ended and the screen from the window disappeared at once.

"What was that?" the slime asked. "What did that man say?"

Ning shook his head. "It's just something for me. Nothing you have to worry about," he said.

'10 years huh?' Ning thought. He didn't think it would take them this long to arrive. But when he thought about it, even with the ship Ning had at the moment, it would take him nearly 7 years to reach the closest star system in this galaxy.

The rescue ship arriving in just 10 years meant they were likely going to use up a lot of space drive to get to him.

Ning wondered how big of a stone they must have been using to get to him. He couldn't help but feel a bit guilty too.

'Whatever,' he thought. 'I need to get back to Kumia as soon as I can,' he thought.

Ning told the system to keep track of the time for him and quickly forgot about the rescue mission that was put underway for him.

The slime asked a few questions, but Ning sidestepped them, not telling it what was going on. He didn't think it was a good idea to strip the slime away from a planet that it was so suited to live in and take it someplace that was clearly not intended by the creator that made this system.

Without Spiritual energy, the slime could likely not be of much use in the other worlds, so it was better to keep this bit of information from it.

Ning did however have the system pass on that message to Taron, who was doing his own thing in the part of the world that cared more about summoning.

Since Ning only had 10 years left on this planet now, he decided to speed up his journey and go visit the other places as soon as he could.

Half an hour after the video was received, Ning and the slime arrived back on this nameless planet and flew down to the surface where they met up with the 1500 beasts.

It had been 2 hours since they had left, so the sun was about a few hours away from setting. By the time they returned next, the sun would very much likely be setting, and the next time after that, it would be completely dark.

The slime had the next 200 beasts line up and quickly board the ship. Ning told them the same thing he had to the other beasts to not go anywhere or touch anything.

Once they were all settled down, Ning sat back on the seat at the front and plotted back the course again.

A few seconds later, the ship was flying and on its way back to planet Nulwurn again.
