Saphandra plunged through the ocean and rocketed herself down the water in search of Ning. She couldn't know how far down Ning had gone, so she continued going down, forgetting her fear.

Ning stayed in the water and freely watched Saphandra swim through the ocean trying to find him.

The monster he had summoned to grab him was already gone, and he was waiting by himself.

After seeing Saphandra go down further and further, he was a little surprised. 'I thought she would be a little more scared,' he thought, but he could see no hint of awkwardness in her swimming.

For a person who was scared of swimming, she was swimming quite well.

'I should go get her before she goes too deep and ruptures her ear drums,' Ning thought and teleported next to her before grabbing her and teleporting her out of the water.

"Huh? What?" She looked around in shock and saw Ning. "You're… fine?"

"Sorry about that," Ning said. "I had to get you into the water."

Suddenly, she punched Ning in the chest with all the force she could muster. Her hand hurt as if she had just punched an iron wall.

"Don't ever do that," she shouted at him.

Ning healed her hand silently and said, "but why are you afraid? You are an amazing swimmer."

"I am afraid," she shouted. "I am afraid if I swim I will… you won't understand."

She shouted at him and flew towards the ship.

Ning sighed and apologized as he flew along with her. She was still annoyed at him, but her anger had dropped after Ning promised not to pull off a stupid stunt like that again.

When they landed on the ship, a few of the people that were on the deck stared at them stupidly.

Ning saw the green-haired Noren amongst the people and Noren couldn't help but try to explain it was just a coincidence.

Ning ignored him and brought out a towel, surprising the people again before putting it around Saphandra to dry herself.

He also brought out a towel for himself and walked towards the kitchen with Saphandra behind her.

They took a few fruits from the dining area and went back to their room. Ning apologized once again and Saphandra was finally no longer angry.

After a while, lunch came around and they went to eat. Once again, Taron was with Pamella and seemed chummy with her.

"Does he know what he is doing?" Saphandra asked.

"Yeah, I let him know already. Whatever he does now is his actual choice," Ning said.

"Well, if that's what he wants then who am I to care," Saphandra said and got a tray to grab some food.

Ning grabbed a plate behind her and took some of the food as well. Once they got their food, they looked around to see an empty table, but there was none.

Every table was occupied, even if it was just a single person sitting there. So, without any choice, they had to go and sit with their friend.

"Hey, will we bother you if we sit here?" Saphandra asked.

"Yes." "No." Two conflicting answers came from Taron and Pamella respectively.

"Uhh…"

"Pam, these are my friends I'm traveling with. Saphandra and Ning," Taron introduced. "Guys, this is Pamella, my new girlfriend."

"Oh my god, I'm sorry. I thought you were random passersby. Please sit," Pamella said.

Pamella was a blond-haired beauty with a small face and curly hair. She was on the shorter end when it came to humans on this planet, but that didn't stop her from seeming mature.

"Thank you," Saphandra said and sat down.

"Girlfriend?" Ning couldn't help but be surprised. "In 2 days?"

"What can I say? Girls can't resist my charm," Taron said smugly.

"Really? I must not be a girl then," Saphandra said and chuckled to herself. "Sorry, I'm just joking."

"Oh my god, I love your hair," Pamella said to Saphandra.

"Really? It's a little wet because someone decided to dunk me in the ocean, but other than that I guess it's good," Saphandra said. "Your hair isn't bad either. My hair could never get that curly."

"Oh no, I was talking about the color," Pamella said. "It's so vivid and violet. Can you tell me what dye you use?"

"Dye? I—"

"He is responsible for all the dyes around here," Taron quickly interjected. "He's the one who dyed my hair black too. Otherwise, we would've had matching blond hair."

"Ye-yes, I'm the one who dyes their hair," Ning said, going along with the lie. "Do you need me to dye your hair too?"

"Oh no, I can't," Pamella said. "My job won't allow me. We require to have our color visible for everyone to see."

"Oh, what job do you do?" Saphandra asked.

"Aww, it's nothing big really. I'm just a small scout for the Thousand Summons School," she said proudly.

"Thousand Summons school?" Ning asked. "I'm sorry, we don't know much about the world. What is this Thousand Summons school?"

"It's only the 2nd biggest Summoning school in the whole world. How could you have not heard of it?" she asked.

"Sorry, we come from a place where it felt like we were the only person alive in the entire world," Ning said with a genuine smile.

Saphandra held her laugh and Taron got a little scared that Ning was going to screw it all up.

"If you're from a big school like that and you're scout, what are you scouting for?" Ning asked.

"For a talented individual like my boyfriend here. We are searching for people like him with unlimited Spiritual energy so that we can teach them to harness it and become one of the better summoners in the whole world," she said.

"Oh, you scouted Taron for that task huh? It's surprising really. He's usually shy about showing off his summons in front of everyone. He showed it to you?" Ning asked.

"Yes, I saw it, and he's amazing," Pamella said.

"I see, that's great then," Ning said. "I'm happy my friend is going to go to such an amazing place like the Thousand Summons school."
