My Wife is the Asura Empresschapter 69: crow-masked tank emperor spirit

"Stop them here and take advantage of their low agility caused by heavyweights to avoid injuries." He commanded them and ran inside the shelter from the big gate.

The Interior of the building was similar to the previous shelter with a stair on the right side to go to the second floor.

Without any second thought, he summoned his sword and shield which had recovered by now.

He entered the throne chamber and found the Emperor spirit waiting for him.

His opponent was similar to the previous spirit only difference was that it looked bulky and had thick armor over its body. His gauntlets were not as deadly as the previous one.

Rio didn't wait and charged toward the enemy. His king Silver-Bloom sword hit the enemy on his chest and only left a few scratches.

'He doesn't even care to dodge it.'

He raised his eyebrows and glanced at the Emperor spirit.

'Should I just take the heart stone and end it?'

His eyes moved toward the glowing stone on top of the statue's head.

He shook his head slowly in disagreement and attacked the enemy again.

Emperor spirit didn't take Rio in his eyes at first but seeing him constantly striking him with great force he decided to return the favor and started retaliating with his own weapon.

The heavy gauntlet was heavier in weight even if they weren't as deadly as the old one it caused his hands to become numb when the king silver-bloom sword clashed with it and sparks flew in the air.

The weight caused the momentum to be greater and pushed Rio far away.

"What should I Do?" He complained in a hushed voice.

"Use mana enchantment on your sword, stupid." A mocking tone sounded from behind and he realized that Helia had followed him inside the shelter.

She was surprised that Rio won the previous battle with some minor injuries so she was curious to watch him this time taking down another emperor spirit.

The Crow-Masked figure didn't take Helia much in his eyes because she was hiding her aura and power so he could focus on Rio without being terrified by her.

'Ah... I didn't require it recently so I almost forgot that I can use Mana enchantment on my king silver-bloom as well.'

He circulated his mana and it was sent to his sword.

A confident smile formed on his lips as he bent his knees and stomped the ground to launch toward the Emperor spirit like a rocket.

The crow-masked man covered in his armor felt threatened by the upcoming strike and tried to move away from his spot but it didn't have a similar level of agility compared to the previous Emperor spirit.

It was heavier in weight just like the beast who was under his banner.

The king silver-bloom sword passed through his left shoulder and eliminated the hands from his body.

A pained look appeared on his face but Rio didn't give him any time and slashed back at his neck.

Blood spurted on the floor while his head rolled like a red football on the ground.

[Yellow-Stage Crow-Masked Tank Emperor spirit defeated.]

The scattered blood and body on the floor turned into a firefly and flew toward the head of the statue as it happened previously.

A satisfying smile blossomed on his face

as he moved towards the glowing heart stone.

He plucked it out from the head of the statue and a notification played in his mind.

[Heart stone of Yellow-Stage Crow-Masked Tank Emperor spirit gained. Put a drop of your blood to make a master-servant contract with the Yellow-Stage Crow-Masked Tank Emperor spirit.]

Like before, The yellow color was glimmering with a number showing on top of the heart stone.

He turned to look at Helia with a confident smile she ignored him and walked out of the throne chamber.

He followed behind and they exited the shelter.

Beasts were fighting each other even though they were now under Rio's command.

He hurriedly ordered them to stop and looked around the area to observe the condition.

Seven armored beasts and two agility-type beasts died in the previous battle.

He went to collect the cores from their dead bodies. Both beasts had red fur on their body and rat-like appearance. He ignored the ones that were part of his alliance and only grabbed the beast drowned in armor.

A total of seven Yellow-stage cores shone on his hands.

He sent a tiny amount of mana into the pebble-sized Yellow-Stage beast cores as they changed shape from a bunch of cores to a small amount of liquid and vanished in his palm making his strength improve slightly.

Author Note:

Sorry Everyone, I was busy writing my Second Novel 'My Dual-Cultivation System.' [Don't forget to put - between 'Dual' and 'Cultivation' in case you want to read it.]

I needed to give it more time to design the world and character but now it's almost done so I'll try to keep up with the update.

I'll add the important character (especially harem members) images on:
