"Let's try them," Helia said to the magenta-haired beauty who was looking at the beautiful dresses in the room with enamored eyes.
"Yeeeeee...." Nyla said and went around the room with a vibrant smile.
Soon, she was drawn to a red velvet gown, and also couldn't resist a delicate lace dress as she picked them.
Nyla walked to the corner side to discover another dress she fell in love with as it was a flowy, purple chiffon dress.
Lia and Helia also went to select dresses for themselves as Rio sat on the couch and watched them comfortably.
'These dresses all look good. They can just pick any and it will be fine. I wonder how they select one along many.'
The boy couldn't understand the way these beauties were picking dresses for themselves as each dress went through many of their high-standard criteria to be selected.
As the girls were picking their dresses, the shop lady brought out a collection of sparkling jewels and elegant shoes to show them.
The magenta-haired beauty was in awe, and couldn't wait to try them with her new clothes.
"Okay, this is perfect..." Nyla said as she went into the trial room with a jolly smile.
A girl in a purple dress emerged, twirling around to show off to her husband.
"How is it, Sweetie?" Nyla asked, She was smiling, feeling a rush of joy in her heart, and looked at him with an expectant gaze.
His eyes had a glint of surprise as his new wife's beauty bloomed in the new purple dress. She was already a ravishing figure and this new cloth just boosted her bewitching looks.
"Although It's purple but I have to agree that you are looking absolutely breathtaking," Rio kept a mystery at the start but in end, he praised her with a gentle smile.
Nyla was delighted hearing his words and came to him to whisper in his ear, "If you want I can even be without these when we are alone, Darrrr...linggg!"
Rio's heart skipped a beat but he calm down.
Lia and Helia were busy looking for dresses so they didn't hear their conversation.
Nyla went to try other dresses and make her choices to bring clothes to her new home.
The boy also picked a black dress for the white-haired beauty and another blue dress for Nyla.
When Lia saw it, she was happy and said, "I love the one you picked for me. But Husband, you should choose a dress for Helia too"
"Do you really think she would like it?" The boy asked, raising his brows as he was fully aware of their sour relationship.
"You should pick one. It's up to her if she wears it or not" Lia gave her response as she knew her sister very well.
'No, I don't want him to choose. I like my selection better.'
The lioness retaliated in her mind but deep down she felt bad when he didn't choose for her. Not because she had any feelings for him but because she felt outcasted in the group which is normal psychology.
How would someone feel if a girl buys two chocolate for her two male friends whom she had a crush on but didn't buy any for the third male friend while he was accompany them shopping?
Maybe some wouldn't mind but at the end of the day, she was a girl, not a boy. Behind her warrior-like disguise, she possessed the sensitive delicate heart of a young maiden who was once cherished by her big brother Leon.
She was a lonely soul who just had built up hard shells to act rowdy and rude to others but the girl also deserved to be loved.
Rio didn't mind her request and picked a red dress for the lioness as he handed it into her bag.
The girl pretended to not see it until he moved from her place. When she confirmed Rio wasn't looking, she started inspecting it and kept the dress carefully with hidden emotions.
Finally, they were done with the shopping and prepared to leave the Jaded Bird cloth shop.
They walked out of the building, and a blonde-haired boy could be seen carrying many bags that filled both hands that were stuffed with new dresses girls had bought.
Lia helped him to carry the bags into the carriage as they set off to return.
At the castle, the girls tried on their dresses one more time in their bedroom.
Helia was secretly checking the red one that Rio had chosen for her.
Nyla was busy with her sweetheart when Lia went to check on her sister.
"Did you like it?" Lia asked, entering the room as she saw the girl was twirling in front of the dressing table.
The blonde-haired beauty was lost in her new dress that she didn't even notice the approaching footsteps.
"Ah...I was just trying it. It's not that good." Helia said she was looking in a different direction while not accepting she liked the dress.
"You can't hide it from me. I know how you feel since it's your second time receiving something from someone other than me." The white-haired beauty knew the hidden emotions her sister was feeling.
The reason she liked it was that she never took gifts from outsiders and Lia was the only one who bought things for her in the family.
Emperor had no time for his niece and her clan Elders didn't bother about her as they were more interested in her achievements and talent.
"Please don't tell him," Helia said, her voice sounded like pleading.
"I won't but why do you dislike him?" Lia asked, scrunching her eyebrows.
"I made an oath with him that I won't ever like him...if I break that oath I'll have to accept him as my master." Helia revealed the truth but twisted it halfway to hide the incident.
"So husband is bringing us a maid as his third wife," Lia mumbled.
