" My lord, how do you propose we solve the problem surrounding the primordial vampires? Lady Asiva has made it clear that you do not wish to kill them all but rather make them citizens of our Kingdom, however, I think it's easier said than done, since anti-primordial vampire sentiments are indeed at an all time high.

Nobody wants to see them inculcate into our society…." Jathi the internal affairs minister said as Max stroked his chin.

The problem surrounding the primordial vampires was indeed a tough nut to crack, however, Max did have a plan.

" We need to inculcate them into society slowly, that's for sure. The propaganda started by Regus Aurelius for generations against the primordial vampires cannot be washed away in an instant, however, overtime maybe we can set things right.

For now, my plan is to create a separate clan and seperate planets for the primordial vampires with them staying in a sort of autonomous territory.

They will have the same rights as any vampire citizen, including the freedom to move and reside in any corner of the universe that they choose, however, this particular clan will have an obligation to enrol all young males and females between the age of 14 to 24 in the military where they will be trained to control their bloodlust and moulded into disciplined individuals.

I understand the difficulty of not being able to control one's base instincts and acting like bloodthirsty animals who need to feed on blood constantly, however, it is something that can be trained and tamed and if the primordial vampires are to ever become a true part of our society they must learn to temper this instinct first.

We will not only make this enrollment mandatory, but will also provide them with combat and military training similar to what we give to our recruits and give them an opportunity to join the military.

A legion of 10,000 primordial vampires on a bloody battlefield is worth more than a million modern vampires, which is why it's important that we control such a force.

I'm sure if we don't make the most of this opportunity the other kingdoms will most likely do, which is why we need to use them to our benefit first" Max said as he laid out a rudimentary plan to be implemented in regards to the primordial vampire problem.

" As for the problem of where to locate them and how to distribute resources for them, leave that to me as I'll negotiate the extra money and land needed for their development from Beniogre.

From this moment forward, our priority is to first rebuild the lost economic activity that has been sluggish since the start of this war and then lift up the standard of living for all vampires across all lordships.

For the Vampire race to truly take the universal stage, we need to come forward as not just great warriors but also as pioneers of technology and knowledge and that will be the next long term goal for you all to work on" Max said as he set the next long term goal towards economic revolution and improvement in technology.

There were many things such as a full scale destroyer battleship and patrol frigates which were a huge money churner for the True Elites Kingdom and the Dwarven kingdom, however, the same technology cost the vampires upwards of a trillion gold coins over a decade.

With the universal queen now under his command, and with Drax as the chief knowledge engineer, Max knew that he could create unbelievable inventions in the coming days that could secretly transform the vampires into an economic powerhouse, however, he did not wish to disclose these tactics just yet.

He wanted to secretly nurture state companies who make scientific breakthroughs to create an impression that because the Bloodfall clan invested so heavily into research and development they were able to garner such unprecedented success.

If such an impression was made the other clans were sure to follow suit and talents with innovative minds were sure to get a big boost, regardless of where they were born.

Only in such an environment could a true technological bloom be observed and Max was aiming for this exact effect in the long haul.

He wanted his rule to be declared the golden period of vampires and the history books to remember him as the king who sparked the age of technology and modernization.

( Meanwhile Beniogre )

With a trillion gold coins and a loving husband, Beniogre was living her best life.

Her greatest enemy was defeated, her economic problems were uplifted, she had began gaining back public support and the biggest eyesore that she had in terms of Rudra Rajput had peacefully left the universe.

With him gone, she once again felt back at the top of the food chain being a tier8 monarch, as she truly believed that with Rudra gone the dynamics between the council of monarch's were bound to shift back to as they were before he disrupted them.

She expected Micheal and the angels to make a move once they heard that Rudra had ascended as she was sure in her head that the angels were going to attempt a raid on the Rajput Capital.

The only thing now stopping the angels from returning to their status as the leader of the council of monarchs was the fear of the universal queen and whoever was her new owner.

The angels were not dumb, they knew that just with the strength of Hazriel, Sariel, Raphael and Micheal they were not going to be able to take down the queen, which is why sooner or later they were bound to call upon a council of monarchs session to discuss the future.

Beniogre of course wanted no part of it, if she judged the situation correctly, Rudra was most likely to pass down the command of the queen to Max, despite the rumours that their relationship was strained, and Max Rajput was definitely no pushover.

If Micheal made a move, he was bound to suffer the wrath of Max Rajput and it was going to be an interesting show to watch.

As a woman, what Beniogre craved the most was entertainment and she hoped that the greed of the angels brought her an interesting show.
