Martial Arts Systemchapter 172: ichiro's impossible feat.

''H-He won!'' Loud shouts echoed in the luxurious room.

Spiritless couldn't believe his eyes.

[MATCH OVER!]

[Winner - KingOfGames]

[KingOfGames - Level 415 - Points: 12956 - Rank: 41]

[Dragon - Level 399 - Points: 15999 - Rank 2]

Undying had a small smile on his face.

Spiritless turned his gaze towards him, ''Why did Dragon start attacking? He lost because of that.''

Suddenly, an unfamiliar sound was heard, ''He had no other choice.''

Everyone turned their heads towards the voice.

They raised an eyebrow at the sight of an unfamiliar face, but when they saw the name... They all stood up.

They quickly bowed as a sign of respect.

Even Undying and Spiritless.

Rosenword waved his hand, ''No need.''

''Sir Rosenword... What did you mean he had no other choice?'' Spiritless asked with slight excitement at the sight of the game's creator.

Rosenword looked at the screen and said, ''That was the best option for Dragon, and he knew it... If he had defended, he would have lost, but going all-out on attacking was the highest possibility of success.''

''How? Dragon completely dominated the match.'' Spiritless was confused— everyone saw that Dragon was obviously better.

Rosenword walked towards the screen and touched it.

The screen suddenly started rewinding, and soon it stopped.

The screen now showed the scene where Dragon started attacking, but Ichiro easily dodged all the attacks.

''What do you see?'' He asked from the people in the room.

Everyone was concentrating on the screen.

After the scene stopped, many shocked faces were in the room.

''T-That is possible?'' Spiritless was more shocked than others.

Rosenword had a small smile.

What Ichiro did was a very unbelievable feat.

There are tens of thousands of different inputs while you are using your stick to move your character.

But, what Ichiro did was to move his character at the same amount of input every single time to barely dodge the attacks.

That is an almost impossible feat.

There are approximately 96,784 different inputs, but Ichiro used the 15659 input every single time while dodging.

He did not do that to flex or anything— there is a special mechanic in the game which lets your account speed up if you manage to do combo input, but that alone is almost impossible feat, but Ichiro did that 10 times!

If his combo input increases to 3, then his attack strength will increase.

If 5, both speed and attack will be a dozen times higher than base damage.

But if 10... Hundredfold.

Because of those combos, he managed to easily destroy Dragon's attack and kill him as well.

Ichiro's attack wouldn't have killed him without that combo.

But why isn't everyone calling him as a cheater in this room?

Because they know that it is not an entirely impossible feat.

Very difficult, yes.

Undying's record is 6 combo inputs.

Spiritless has 4 combo as a record.

But, they didn't do those combos in battle because it would be reckless to try to do it.

But, KingOfGames managed to do it while having such heavy pressure on his shoulders!

Spiritless sat down on his chair, he looked defeated, 'T-This is King?'

Undying wryly smiled, 'Crazy...'

...

On Internet.

[KOG_Is_The_Best: I TOLD YOU!!!]

[StarLover42069: Ahhh, King is so dreamy! I want his babies!]

[Yunior: Where are the haters now?]

[SandShow: I am broke!]

[OverlordOfLewd: Dragon did obviously mistake which led him losing, what a disappointment]

[KOG_Is_The_Best: @OverlordOfLewd I guess you drank the stupid juice today]

[ProfessorOfUselessness: I don't think Dragon made a mistake, he is too experienced to make mistakes]

[MarkAlley: WOOOOO!]

[OverlordOfLewd: Everyone can make mistakes, that's what being human is all about]

A heated discussion lasted for another hour without either side wanting to give up.

But soon, the battle finally ended after the Live stream ended, but they will have another confrontation during the Event!

...

''YOU WON!'' Azura cheered loudly and hugged Ichiro's body tightly.

''Oh.'' Ichiro got surprised and fell down on the floor while Azura was still hugging his body.

He felt her body trembling.

'Why were you worried? Silly.' Ichiro smiled and touched her head.

Azura pouted and moved her head closer to his.

Their bodies were hugging each other, while their noses were touching each other, and lips only inch away from each other.

Azura looked at him with her bright blue eyes while cheeks were flushed in pink.

Ichiro had his familiar calm smile— he wasn't even once worried that he might lose.

That's what Azura likes most about Ichiro.

His absolute calmness brings safety and warmth to everyone around him.

Azura looked at his soft-looking lips and started approaching them with her own.

Ichiro didn't move— he closed his eyes.

But then.

The door to the room was opened.

''Azura, Abyss is her—'' Alena came to tell that Abyss was here, but then she saw their situation.

Azura looked at her with a blushing face.

*Cough*

Alena coughed, ''Excuse me.'' She closed the door and left.

Azura hid her face with her hands— she ran towards the door and left.

Ichiro was left alone to lie on the floor.

...

Somewhere in the World.

Dragon exited the game and sat silently in the dark room.

''10 combo... I shouldn't have let him do that... Should I have stopped attacking..? No... I should have made a different attack, which would force him to use different input.'' Dragon kept talking to himself.

He quickly stood up and went towards his cabinet.

He opened the cabinet's door, and there were hundreds of notebooks inside!

He grabbed a new notebook and opened the first page.

[Vs. KingOfGames]

He has always recorded every match with every player he has fought.

But he knows that this notebook will be the most important one.

Dragon started writing his observations.

''Should I have jumped to air..? No, I shouldn't have.'' Dragon kept thinking aloud, ''My first mistake was to let him have his combo— next time I will not make similar attack patterns, I will keep changing and changing, I will make King fight in my terms... Yes, next time, I won't lose!''

Did Dragon choose to continue climbing, climb down, or fall down?

None of them.

He chose to destroy the mountain he was climbing!
