As to the reason they were called Avatars? It was simple.
They became similar to Compass Carburettor's Bullet Template. But they affected the native race that would be born in the Dimensional Space.
The goldfish Golda, the vulture-like creature Vutura, the cobra Dita, the horned man Hanze, and the Haggon. The traits of all these five creatures would mix and match to create a singular race that would live in the Dimensional Space.
And, if Gahrat were to bring in another creature to form the sixth Avatar, then the traits of this Avatar would flow into the native species in the Dimensional Space, changing them in real-time. This race can be either sentient or a monster.
The only difference was that both affected the resultant race accordingly. If she were to add more beasts, the resultant race would become less and less sentient.
And if she added a creature from another world, the power system of that world would flow into the race in the Dimensional Space through the resultant avatar, thereby adding in the traits of the power system.
This meant that through the Avatars, Gahrat was able to obtain powers from various worlds and combine them to create a complex power system.
Of course, this was more complex than a mere summation of powers. After all, each power system interacted and affected all the other power systems. Meaning, they might hinder, affect, or even nullify one another.
The resultant power might become unstable or even damn useless. And with the addition of every additional Avatar, the final power system became a multitude of complexity.
Gahrat would have to carefully calculate all the variables and predict the changes. Moreover, if she came across something interesting, she would have to eradicate existing Avatars to fit the new variable into the formula.
Moreover, it didn't just stop at adding in the Avatar alone. She also had to obtain resources from that world to place in the Dimensional Space so that the native race could use it to adapt, live, and develop due to the changes emerging from the latest Avatar.
Of course, the native race had yet to be birthed. After all, the foundation of her Dimensional Space was lacking. For that, she needed to first consume more Coordinates.
And that was why she arrived in this world. Not only was the power system of this world suitable for her Avatar, it actually complemented her enough to form the core of her Avatars.
Secondly, there was a fat System that had arrived in this world.
Expert-In-The-Ring System--Level 97!
This was by far the greatest cliché among Cultivation Worlds. There was once an expert that was betrayed by a brother, trusted friend, disciple, wife, son, etc. But, they somehow managed to avoid total annihilation as they--in the form of a soul--took refuge in a ring with some of their precious treasures.
The ring somehow ended up in the hands of a normal family that was then passed onto their genius son who would somehow become trash for a variety of reasons.
The ring would awaken through a variety of ways, typically triggered by a drop of the boy's blood. Following that, it would guide the boy through tides and tribulations and make him an expert known by all.
Of course, the ring itself didn't have any value. The Expert-In-The-Ring System was actually in his body all along, only using the ring to communicate with the boy using the soul of an expert that it had captured.
The boy would of course embark on the fate of this said expert that was captured by the System just for this use.
It was part of the Sealed Experts Genre. There were many Systems in this Genre: Expert-In-The-Ring System (Level 97), Expert-In-The-Pebble System (Level 88), Expert-In-The-Scroll System (Level 91), etc.
They were fat ducks of Mental Energy, for this Genre had by far the greatest success rate in accumulating Mental Energy among all genres, inferior only to the Systems from the monetary genre.
Moreover, all the Systems of this genre followed the same formula. Meaning, if Gahrat was able to kill one, she would be able to kill them all.
The process was the same.
And considering their level, their Coordinates should be massive, allowing for the greatest growth of her Dimensional Space. Just devouring one such Coordinate would be equal to tens of thousands of Coordinates from Hatchling Systems.
Even though the risks were great, the benefits were greater. After all, killing tens of thousands of Hatchling Systems was bound to attract the attention of the System World itself, for it was a clear sign of the Main Character.
But in contrast, killing a System from the Expert Genre wouldn't even be noticed by anyone.
After all, they typically accompanied their Hosts for thousands of years, sometimes even more before returning to the System World. Since each of their trips spanned long durations, none would even sense anything amiss.
Gahrat had already located the Expert-In-The-Ring System. Its Host was Xiaoan, a standard cultivation world protagonist with decent, if not subpar intelligence but heaven-defying plot armour.
And the stories of all such characters began from their hometown, accompanied by an antagonist Clan.
Currently, Yan Clan was the antagonist Clan. And of course, that was why Gahrat arrived at this Clan to prevent their downfall and hinder Xiaoan's rise.
Closing her eyes, Gahrat watched all the Red Mystic Iron arrive in the Dimensional Space. It wasn't sufficient for her plans, therefore, it just formed a pile there.
Currently, Dita juggled with it to cure her boredom, complaining from time to time, "This old lady is too boring! You're way too steady."
"Be more youthful. Make some mistakes. Spark some drama." It rolled around on the ground before jumping onto Golda, "You dumb idiot, tell her!"
Golda just stared at her with lifeless eyes, as usual, shifting its gaze to look at the sky vacantly, letting out bubbles from its mouth.
Dita then observed the figures of Vutura and the Haggon, seeing that their intelligence was lacking to do the deed, finally gazing at the figure of Hanze to notice him sleeping soundly without any care in the world.
Irritated, Dita could only erupt in protest, "At least get a cute boyfriend, old lady!"
"You're only an old lady in appearance alone. You don't need to act like that!" She argued, "If I were to be accurate, you're barely six months old!"
"You freaking baby granny!"
