The whole school buzzed with freshmen stories on the day of the interview.

The interview was set for later this afternoon, but the successful candidates were almost confirmed.

Everyone was ready to welcome their juniors.

Thinking of the incoming freshmen that I knew, I considered the reaction natural.

‘My playable characters, Eunho, and the descendants are incoming freshmen. It’s natural to be excited.’

I was confident that the people I knew would surely get in.

Still, I paid attention to the kids who seemed nervous while taking the test.

Hwang Jiho noticed me and said some nonsense.

“Are you curious about the result of the entrance exam? I can tell you in advance if you’re curious.”

I don’t know why he’s saying that.

I’m sure the kids I knew would pass.

I ignored him as usual and proceeded with the preparations for the festival.

“Practice well, Jo Euishin. Tell me if things aren’t going well. Yours truly will tutor you and give you advice.”

What the hell is he on about?

My part isn’t that difficult anyway so I won’t have to ask Hwang Jiho for an unnecessary favor.

While we were having lunch and practicing for the festival.

“Yuri, can you contact Seulbi and Luis? Can they come to the festival?”

“Ahaha… I could contact them, but I don’t think they can come easily.”

Kim Yuri laughed awkwardly at Kwon Lena’s question.

There’s no way the two attention-seekers would miss a big event like this festival though.

I don’t know about the others, but it was odd to think that the two wouldn’t be able to come.

I wonder what’s going on with them?

When I was getting a little worried…

“Why? Is Gildong— I mean, is Luis okay?”

Min Geurin, the one who got closer to Ong Gildong, asked.

Song Daesok looked emotional for a while after hearing that, but no one paid attention because everyone was busy with their work.

Kim Yuri seemed hesitant to speak for a moment, but she eventually gave in.

“Luis said he met a… He said it’s difficult to come home because he’s in a three-game match against a dark swordsman in black darkness.”

What is Ong Gildong doing abroad to make Kim Yuri recite such an embarrassing line?

Hani seemed confused about whether she heard the words right, but Dokgo Miro kindly explained that she heard it right.

“What’s that guy doing overseas?”

“Black darkness… it’s redundant. Why does he have to use such modifiers…”

“Since he’s in the middle of a three-game match, I think he’ll come back after at least two matches.”

While talking, our classmates seem to have remembered why the attention-seekers went overseas.

Ong Gildong left a big hint last time.

Hwang Jiho guessed it.

— They must’ve gone looking for our classmates who aren’t going to school. Two of the three are overseas.

If so, it was highly likely that Ong Gildong was going against our classmate who hasn’t attended school yet.

Ong Gildong seemed to already feel the aura of Class Zero.

I already feel the unusual energy, but I don’t think it would be bad to let them run loose and not go to school.

Unfortunately, however, my classmates seemed to think differently.

“But if he wins, does that mean the guy he’s against will go to school?”

“Then that black darkness… the black swordsman would go to school. That leaves two more!”

Kwon Lena, who couldn’t bear to say the words, was delighted nonetheless.

The other kids seemed to be looking forward to having another classmate, while Song Daesok was nonchalant.

‘Most of the kids are looking forward to it, and Professor Ham Geunhyung would be happy too. The same goes with Yong Jegun…’

In the end, I also decided to cheer for Ong Gildong and Goo Seulbi.

I wanted to support them from the beginning since they’re my playable characters, but this decision was now from the heart.

If the swordsman goes to school, the attention seekers will come too.

Maybe then our class would really become a Class Zero.

Well, we’re Class Zero from the start but the kids in our class are nice and calm.

I had mixed feelings, but I spent my lunchtime practicing for the festival.

Saeum of April checked his device and spoke with a bright face.

“Maybe a friend I know will enter Eungwang High as Class Zero next year. He’s here for an interview!”

I was surprised by his words.

Isn’t his contacts constrained to the April clan and the people from school?

Perhaps the kid is related to the Chicken Clan that Saeum of April is related to, or maybe the kid is from the April Clan.

‘I don’t think anyone from the April clan will enter school this year though…’

Since his uncle, Semin of April, was the closest to his age, I don’t think there’s anyone in their family younger than Saeum of April by a year.

“A friend? Can I ask what kind of person they are?”

“This is the kid I met on the first day of school! I ran into him while serving as a guide and he recognized me and said hello.”

Saeum of April’s first day in school was April Fool’s Day.

On that day, the Bear Clan rushed to the school’s vicinity and tried to overthrow the taxi that Eun Seoho was riding.

The driver fainted, and Saeum of April stopped the incident.

“So something like that happened on the first day…”

“That day was the Eungwang High tour, right? Oh, he was alone last time, but he came with her younger sister today. I guess they’re going to enter school together.”

“A sister? Are they twins?”

“No, they’re not twins, but they’re just 10 months apart. Their hair is very similar so I almost mistook them for twins too.”

Saeum of April rambled on, excited about having juniors next year.

He must’ve run into Eun Seoho and Eun Iho yesterday and became close in an instant.

He already exchanged device codes with the two descendants.

I was strangely relieved to hear that.

‘I wanted Saeum of April to be close with the Tiger Clan. This is good.’

Although it isn’t revealed yet because of some circumstances, it was actually Saeum of April who saved Eun Seoho that day.

I felt sorry that I was the only one being treated like a benefactor.

Hwang Jiho looked at me and pressed his temples.

“You’re thinking of useless things again, Jo Euishin…”

“What? There’s no way Euishin has useless thoughts.”

“…You’re really following Jo Euishin well.”

Saeum of April answered Hwang Jiho without knowing what was going on.

Hwang Jiho’s words were more useless than I thought, so I immediately nodded to respond to Saeum of April.

While Hwang Jiho was dumbfounded, Saeum of April continued to speak in a bright voice.

“He knew that I was in Class Zero! Is it obvious that I am? They said they wanted to get into Class Zero and they’re asking for advice.”

Isn’t it a bad expression to look like someone from Class Zero?

Though Eun Seoho and Eun Iho must’ve known it from Hwang Jiho’s stories.

Since Saeum of April looks like a complete model student, I thought other kids would contest him being part of Class Zero.

“A little bit of Class Zero was publicized during Playlist. Maybe that’s how they found out.”

“Our class is small so people can memorize us quickly I guess.”

After a nice lunch break, the kids who will serve as guides moved back to their designated areas.

Today’s patrol was calm because the test sites were reduced.

I had a break when the interview started, so I decided to buy a drink.

I bought orange juice for myself and handed over Yuri’s cafe mocha.

“Euishin-ah, were you with Cheon Dongha sunbaenim’s brother yesterday?”

Kim Yuri spoke while looking at her device.

It’s a relief that she was checking the bulletin board.

‘It’s about time the rumors started to circulate.’

It’s not just my classmates who are excited about the new students joining Eungwang High.

Among them, the most noticeable incoming freshman was Cheon Eunha, Cheon Dongha’s brother.

Aka Eunho.

Top students, student leaders, and sons of chaebol families paid attention to him.

The bulletin board article that Kim Yuri showed was like this;

[Let’s talk about World of Eye’s dongsaeng]

World of Eyes, Cheon Dongha’s alias.

The post is referring to his dongsaeng, Eunho.

It was a short article, but the view count was high.

[I saw Steel Wedge and Nameless Supernova with him. They don’t look alike, but they look like close brothers.]

There was no picture shown, but the response was explosive.

The title seemed to stimulate people’s speculation more because the content was limited.

Everyone was shouting in the comments for more content.

[I got excited but there are only two lines? ;;;]

[What the, tell us more? ㅠㅠ ]

[Let us in on the good stuff too, come on.]

[I saw him with the former student representative too. O.o He was handsome. Different kind of handsome from Dongha.]

[^ I don’t know what he looks like but I think I know what you’re talking about.]

[I thought Cheon Dongha doesn’t have a brother? What’s this?]

[(This comment has been deleted.)]

[^ Why are there multiple deleted comments here? Did they post a picture?]

[^ Ah… I saw the comment before it got deleted. I don’t think I should say it though.]

[^ Hints please ㅠㅠ]

[^ TC… Cheon-ssi… Ehem…]

I stopped scrolling after seeing deleted comments.

TC Group with shady rumors, the Cheon Family, Cheon Eunha the illegitimate child.

It was inevitable that those rumors would spread, but this was much faster than I expected.

‘I can’t stop this.’

There’s only a limited amount of work I could do in this case.

I was worried that Eunho would get fingers pointed at him.

Something similar happened when he was Cheon Sungheon, so wouldn’t that hurt his feelings very much?

I used to be an incompetent senior who couldn’t do anything for him back then.

I gave up my bitter heart and answered Kim Yuri.

“I was near the test site during lunch and I ran into him.”

“I see, I hope Cheon Dongha sunbaenim’s brother gets in. Ah, thanks for the coffee.”

Kim Yuri didn’t probe anymore.

While we were quietly drinking our beverages, a message notification came on my device.

I excused myself and checked it.

When I saw the message, the depressive mood disappeared and I suddenly became alert.

[Yonf Jegun] I’m done with patrol so I’m on the way to the Dragon Palace. ^^
