Urzo was not just any Alpha Ranker but was the 4th Alpha Chosen to evolve to Tier-2, right after Jay.
Such fast progress on Day-1 itself was thanks to his Innate Talent

Urzo used Possession Seeds on his fellow trial zone members and snatched a portion of the Life Energy they received from killing monsters.
With the rest of his team members gathering Life Energy for him, it would be a wonder if his levelling speed didn't place him among the Alpha Rankers.
Later on, as his Innate Talent Mastery reached Stage-3, the number of life forms he could possess increased from 10 to 100.
Adding monsters to the list of possessed life forms had fortified his ranking in the Top-10. If not for a few abnormally high-levelled Earth's Alpha Chosen popping out of nowhere, he would have ranked 3rd, only next to Regaz and Drogor.
Urzo wasn't satisfied with possessing his fellow Trial zone team members and dreamed of possessing all the 1000 Alpha Rankers and eventually rule over every Alpha Chosen in the Trial World.
Of course, for such a possibility, his Innate Talent Mastery should reach Stage-4 so that the number of targets he could possess at once would increase to 1000.
With his 1st Innate Exclusive skill, Urzo's ambition didn't seem so far-fetched.
Using
, he created Contract Scrolls, which seemed like the genuine ones on the surface but other than functioning as a 'Contract Scroll', its hidden aspect was to act as the carrier of 'Possession Seeds'.
As long as anyone came in contact with those fake Contract Scrolls, Urzo would be able to implant a Possession Seed in them unless they had a higher Spirit Attribute or powerful soul than Urzo.
He was pretty confident that no one in the Trial World had more Spirit Attribute stats than him.
Urzo's confidence in that regard was not without any basis. After all, he stacked his Spirit Attribute as high as 300 at the cost of his remaining Attributes being way lower than his level.
With the System barriers dividing the Trial World, his plan of world domination coming to fruition was a faraway dream.
But the existence of his fellow Trial zone team member, Zeix, had opened a way for him.
To be precise, it had to do with the peculiar ability of Zeix's Unique Innate Talent.

Zeix's ability basically made him a living Space Storage but what was even more baffling were his first and second Innate Exclusive skills, especially when they both were used in conjunction.
The skill <INVENTORY PLANE> allows Zeix to sense the hidden intangible plane where every storage space in existence was located.
Whereas the
lets him temporarily enter an incorporeal state, excusing him from any corporeal damage and granting invulnerability for a short duration.
In that form, Zeix could enter the 'Inventory Plane' and access any storage space Spirit Equipment on the Trial World.
But with the limited duration of his 'Phantom Form', the distance he could cover within the 'Inventory Plane' was limited.
Even then, Zeix's range was so massive it could envelop two-thirds of the 7th Trial Continent, which includes the 35th Trial Region, the one Earth's Trial Zone was located at.
