Zatiel's karma extended through the entire Prima Universe, and his Sun of Justice set those threads ablaze. It was an incredible sight, but only he could see it since he was the only one in the entire universe controlling the power of karma.
Those flaming karmic threads could ignore space-time limitations, extending without end, crossing worlds and life forms.
A smile formed on the Neo-Demon Ancestor's face as he felt the calm in those karma threads. He had infused the power of the Concept of Justice in them, so they would react if they got near any location where sentient life felt that justice did not exist.
Unfortunately, things did not stay for long, as a set of karmic threads burst with flames after crossing a hidden Low World.
Zatiel's eyes narrowed as he got the exact location and teleported using karma. The next second, he appeared in the void next to a Low World located in the center of a cosmic storm.
The universal phenomenon completely isolated the world from the rest of the Prima Universe. Rank 8 life forms could cross the cosmic storm, but the place was so desolate that it would be odd for someone with that power to wander this place.
Zatiel's consciousness covered the world in a second, allowing him to see everything that happened inside it. His soul force was already at the level of a Primarch, so there was no way a Low World's Crystal Wall could stop him.
Gradually coldness filled Zatiel's eyes as he saw what was happening. This Low World resembled a hellscape and was not unlike what you would see in Baator.
Only humans inhabited this Low World, but a small group carrying a specific bloodline treated all those without it as slaves.
The bloodline that those in power were so proud of barely allowed you to enter Rank 4, but it was enough to give them the military might to control the entire world.
Despite all of them being part of the same race, the level of xenophobia Zatiel saw how outrageous. Those with the bloodline could kill those without in broad daylight without any form of repercussion.
"Die!" Zatiel uttered that word before the Sun of Justice manifested at full power.
At that moment, the Low World experienced something that would remain in its people's minds for the rest of their lives.
Everybody stared at the sky as they saw a new sun appear. It was silver, and its warmth was the most beautiful feeling those oppressed felt in their entire lives.
On the other hand, the people of this world that enjoyed oppressing others and whose cruelty had no limits felt an absolute terror before every single one of them began to burn.
Regardless of their power, all those that defied the Concept of Justice burned to death. The Sun of Justice had the strength to kill them instantly, but Zatiel ensured they would suffer for their sins.
Zatiel's eyes were cold as he killed millions of people. He would show no mercy for those with the ability to reason and still choose to embark on the path of evil.
Suddenly, Zatiel's eyes narrowed as he saw how his Sun of Justice's sunlight began to also act on the oppressed population.
Instead of burning them alive as it did with sinners, the Sun of Justice's energy began to heal the rest. It went beyond that with those that risked their lives to help others and fight this world's injustice.
The Sun of Justice did that on its own, manifesting the Concept of Justice's power.
A feeling of enlightenment appeared in Zatiel's soul as he saw all that, but he could not put it in words yet. He needed to carry on for that feeling to grow stronger and decipher its essence.
He made sure to kill every one of the oppressors, healed the rest of the world, and left a small silver heavenly body orbiting the globe.
Anyone that focused on the silver heavenly body would learn the rules and codes that the Neo-Demon Race followed and that had extended through the entire Prima Universe. It will also allow them to enter the Virtual Dream Universe, so they can get in touch with other worlds and learn more.
Bringing those people out would have been ideal, but the universe was ready to enter a war, so Zatiel did not have time to do that. He would do it in the future if he were still alive after the Ultimate Multiversal War.
Zatiel teleported to another world in similar conditions to the previous one and allowed the full might of the Sun of Justice to shine on it.
As the Concept Sun destroyed the evil and rewarded the good, the feeling of enlightenment in Zatiel's soul grew even stronger. He left a silver heavenly body before teleporting again.
One after another, isolated worlds were visited by a silver sun that killed all those that were evil and helped the rest. It took Zatiel less than five minutes to finish with a world, and he did it for months.
After finishing each world, Zatiel's enlightenment grew until he finally reached its zenith, and his understanding of the Concept of Justice evolved.
'Justice is not just retribution. It is much more than just punishing evil. True justice means enhancing the good while destroying the evil. The more just something is, the easier it is for life to prosper and suppress injustice on its own. Eventually, it would gain its own momentum and cover the entire universe without the need for people like me to enforce it.'
Zatiel's realization made his Concept Sun grow stronger, gaining even mightier qualities, no longer just focusing on destructive might but also healing power.
A large smile appeared on his face as he carried on unleashing the power of his Sun of Justice on isolated worlds. However, a few days after his actualization, something interfered with his teleportation.
Zatiel sought to reach the void outside a small plane, but he appeared inside an empty and lifeless world. His instincts screamed for an instant, but the feeling of danger immediately disappeared.
Despite no longer feeling a threat to his life, Zatiel did not lower his guard. His power had grown so much that not even a Fourth Evolution Extreme Rank 9 could interfere with his teleportation.
As Zatiel expected, a man was sitting not far away from him, and his power was above the Law Realm.
That man was no other than his final enemy, the Flame Imperator.
